Shipping & Delivery
IMPORTANT: SHIPPING ADDRESS VERIFICATION
It is YOUR responsibility to ensure that you provide a correct shipping address for order delivery. An incomplete and/or invalid shipping address can result in the package sent back to us. In such a case, you will have to pay the return shipping fee; and, if the order has to be reshipped, you will also have to pay additional shipping fee. If you decide to cancel your order when the package has been returned to us, we will deduct the shipping charge(s) incurred from the refund amount.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship most orders within three business days after we receive payment from you, unless otherwise specified on the product page. Any alteration requests will inevitably delay shipping.

International orders may be subject to duties and customs fees. The delivery agent will collect these fees when your order is delivered.
If you need your order delivered urgently, or within a specific number of days, please contact us before placing your order. The estimated delivery dates provided are only an approximation, and actual delivery times can be longer due to factors outside of our control. We do not accept any responsibility resulting from any delays caused during transit.

What are my payment choices?
During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. We accept Visa and MasterCard through our own secure server. You can also pay by PayPal, in that case, you can use a number of credit / debit cards (including American Express and Discover) or funds from your PayPal account to pay for your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.

Do you ship to the US and UK?
Yes. We ship to the US and UK through Canada Post, or through courier service depending on the amount of shipping paid. You can select one of the shipping options that suits you during the checkout process.

Do you ship to my country?

Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.

How to calculate shipping?
You can get a shipping quote yourself by adding products to your shopping cart, clicking the 'Shopping Cart' link at the top, entering your shipping postal code and province, and clicking the 'Get Quote' button.

Currency Exchange Rates
The base currency at our website is Canadian Dollars. All internal calculations are performed in Canadian Dollars, regardless of the selected currency. The option to switch to other currencies is provided as a convenience to our customers and is intended to give an approximate idea about the price in the selected currency. The actual amount charged would be based on the exchange rate at that time and date, and as determined by the payment processor; and it may or may not match the amount shown at our website. We will not be responsible for any discrepancies resulting from currency exchange rates.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
IMPORTANT NOTE: Colour Matching - Online Purchases
Due to the limitations of the current electronic display devices, it is NOT possible to accurately ascertain the colour of an item when viewing on such devices. We provide NO guarantee if the colour of the product purchased at our website does not turn out to be as expected. Any exchanges or returns due to colour mismatch are subject to a restocking fee of up to 35%.
Exchanges - Online Purchases
While our goal is for you to be completely happy with every purchase from iLoveModesty.com, should you desire an exchange, please write to us explaining the reason for exchange, and the product(s) to be exchanged. Once you receive a reply from us explaining the return procedure, please return the product(s) to us for a prompt exchange within three business days from the date you receive our reply advising you to return the product(s). The product must not be worn other than for trying out, washed or otherwise damaged in any way. You will be responsible to pay the return shipping.  We'll ship your new size or product FREE. Please be sure to include your name and order number with the returned product(s). At any time, iLoveModesty reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange, or decline to issue a store credit for the return shipping; especially when the reason for return is that the product was ordered without reading the product description carefully and the product in question turns out to be different from your requirement or expectation.

Exchanges - Outlet Store Purchases
Should you desire an exchange, please bring back the merchandise within two days from the date you purchase your merchandise, provided that the merchandise is in the same state as it was when purchased. At any time, iLoveModesty reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange.

Returns - Online Purchases
(Store pick up is NOT considered an online purchase. For store pick ups, please refer to the exchange policy for in store purchases above).
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason your purchase doesn't meet your expectation, please write to us explaining the reason for return, and the product(s) to be returned. Once you receive a reply from us explaining the return procedure, please return the product(s) to us for an exchange or refund within three business days from the date you receive our reply advising you to return the order.  The product must not be worn other than for trying out, washed or otherwise damaged in any way. Please be sure to include your name and order number with the returned product(s). At any time, iLoveModesty reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange, especially when the reason for return is that the product was ordered without reading the product description carefully and the product in question turns out to be different from your requirement or expectation. We reserve the right to deduct up to 30% restocking fee if the returned items are shipped back to us more than 10 days from the date the order is received by the customer. Original shipping cost is non refundable.

You will be responsible to pay the return shipping. Please be sure to include your name and order number with the returned product(s). We care about your feedback, so please take a moment and let us know the reason for your return in the appropriate spot on the invoice or through our website. At any time, iLoveModesty reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange.

Returns- Outlet Store Purchases
We currently we do not accept returns on any merchandise purchased at our outlet store, but you may exchange the product within two days from the date you purchase your merchandise, provided that the merchandise is in the same state as it was when purchased. At any time, iLoveModesty reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange.

Cancels
We cannot cancel an order once an item has shipped. In that case, you may return the order in its original packing for a full refund.

Denying Ability To Purchase
We reserve the right to cancel an existing order, or refuse to sell certain products for security reasons and/or if an ill intention as to the use of those products is suspected.

Viewing Orders
You can check the status of your order by logging in to your account on our website. Once an order has been shipped, we provide a tracking number allowing you to track the order on Canada Post website.
