When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?

Canada Flat-Rate Shipping Option: We now offer a $4.99 flat-rate shipping option to anywhere in Canada.
USA Flat-Rate Shipping Option: We now offer a $9.99 flat-rate air mail shipping option to anywhere in the USA (without a tracking number).
UK & Europe Flat-Rate Shipping Option: We now offer weight-based flat-rate air mail shipping option to Austria, Belgium, France, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom (without a tracking number), starting from as little as £4.77 (approx.).

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship most orders within two business days after we receive payment from you, unless otherwise specified on the product page. Any alteration requests will inevitably delay shipping.

International orders may be subject to duties and customs fees. The delivery agent will collect these fees when your order is delivered.

What are my payment choices?
During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. We accept Visa and MasterCard through our own secure server. You can also pay by PayPal, in that case, you can use a number of credit / debit cards (including American Express and Discover) or funds from your PayPal account to pay for your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.

Do you ship to the US and UK?
Yes. We ship to the US and UK through Canada Post. You can select one of the shipping options that suits you during the checkout process.

Do you ship to my country?
Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Exchanges
While our goal is for you to be completely happy with every purchase from iLoveModesty.com, should you desire an exchange, please send us back the merchandise within three business days from the date you receive your order. The product must not be worn other than for trying out, washed or otherwise damaged in any way. You will have to pay for the shipping to us.  We'll ship your new size or product FREE. Please be sure to include a copy of the invoice.

Returns
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason your purchase doesn't meet your expectation, please return it to us for a prompt exchange or refund within three business days from the date you receive your order.  The product must not be worn other than for trying out, washed or otherwise damaged in any way. Please be sure to include a copy of the invoice.

We will refund the shipping fees also. When you ship the product back to us, tell us the cost of shipping and we will issue a store credit equal to that amount. Returns should be accompanied by a copy of the invoice. Without an invoice, or a copy of the invoice; a store credit will be issued for the price of the item(s) returned. We care about your feedback, so please take a moment and let us know the reason for your return in the appropriate spot on the invoice or through our website.

Cancels
We cannot cancel an order once an item has shipped. In that case, you may return the order in its original packing for a full refund.

Viewing Orders
You can check the status of your order by logging in to your account on our website. Once an order has been shipped, we provide a tracking number allowing you to track the order on Canada Post website.
